Randon Scholarship
Honor. Encourage. Inspire.
The Randon Costello Scholarship Fund honors the life and legacy of Randon Costello, long-time Leading Home Care employee and daughter of the company founder, Josette Rovira. Randon was a wonderful daughter, wife, and mother. She had a contagious smile and warmth that drew everyone close to her.
While working at Leading Home Care, one of her favorite things to do was learn more about our DSWs and their families. She truly wanted the best for every person she met, and she was always one of the loudest voices cheering for the achievements of the children of our DSWs. As a tribute to her love, we created this scholarship fund.

The Randon Costello Scholarship Fund is for dependent children of full-time DSWs and can be used for:
- Tuition and fees
- Books and supplies
- Tutoring services
- Room and board for full-time or part-time enrollment at a primary, secondary, technical, or vocational school or college of their choice.
