The Randon Costello Scholarship Endowment Fund honors the life and legacy of Randon Costello, long-time Leading Health Care of Louisiana employee and daughter of the company founder, Josette Rovira. Randon was a wonderful daughter, wife and mother. She had a contagious smile and warmth that drew you close to her. She was blessed with grace and wisdom, love and compassion, kindness and hope.
This scholarship fund is a tribute to her faith in God, her sweet character, her love for others, humble manner, uncanny wisdom and enduring hope and perseverance — the same traits our Direct Service Workers display to our clients every day.
These scholarships are for dependent children of eligible* DSWs to help pay for tuition, required fees, books, supplies and room and board for full-time or part-time enrollment at a primary, secondary, technical and vocational school or college of their choice. Please see program guidelines for more information.
If you meet the eligibility requirements, please complete the application below, print the Transcript Request and Appraisal Form, or request a hard copy application from your local Leading Health Care office and return by the application period deadline of June 30.
A selection committee will review all Scholarship applicants and make recommendations on the granting or denial of such applications and amounts to be awarded.
Leading Health Care is excited to offer this benefit to our dedicated and committed Direct Care Service Worker staff. If you have any questions, please send an email RandonScholarship@lchla.com.
