Sunshine Jantzi-Lambe

Director of Shreveport

Sunshine was born and raised in Alaska and brings 13 years of experience in the human services field across four states. She began her career in 2009 as a Direct Support Worker while completing her undergraduate studies, supporting children and their families. She later spent several years working in a group home setting with teenagers, a pivotal experience that shaped her career. From there, Sunshine worked in Independent Supported Living and eventually supervised that program.

She earned a B.S. in Human Services, majoring in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities with a minor in Psychology, and went on to serve as a Behavioral Support Specialist, developing behavioral intervention plans and supporting agency human rights protections. In Washington, Sunshine worked as a Program Manager for a Diversion Program before earning her Master of Public Administration from Cornell University’s Brooks School of Public Policy.

Outside of work, Sunshine is happily married and shares her home with two greyhounds, Bones and Nova. She is an avid reader, enjoys stand-up comedy, loves trying new (especially spicy) foods, and has a passion for art and antiquing.
