Leading Home Care expanded its services to Pineville in 1998. Today, we serve more than 166 clients in this city and the surrounding areas. Our office holds a membership with the Avoyelles Rotary Club and was selected to participate in the statewide Developmental Disabilities Council.

There are several recurring events and activities for clients and staff at the Pineville office, including:

Roger Bradford

Regional Director, Region 6

Roger joined the Leading Home Care team in 2014 as a Client Care Manager. He was later promoted to Assistant Director before being named Director of Region 6 in 2021.

Roger has dedicated more than 20 years of his professional career to the field of home-based services. He had increasing roles of responsibility with Louisiana Community Care before joining Leading Home Care. He served as a Vocational Rehab Job Coach assisting adults with developmental disabilities in gaining community-based employment. He was a SIL Supervisor for more than 12 years and served as a Day Program Supervisor before joining our team.

Roger is a compassionate advocate for our clients and a compassionate listener to our employees. 

Jamie Webster

Assistant Director of HR & Staffing, Region 6

Jamie joined the Leading Home Care team in 2010, working as an HR Assistant until 2018. In March 2021, she returned as the Assistant Director of HR & Staffing in Pineville. She has a genuine desire and passion for helping others and is dedicated to assisting her team in providing the best quality of client care possible.

She brings strong management experience to her position, having served as an Assistant Branch Manager and Supervisor in the banking industry prior to joining Leading Home Care in 2010. Her management experience included recruitment and training of all branch staff and managing daily branch operations while resolving customer complaints promptly and efficiently.

In her spare time, Jamie enjoys weekend getaways with her fiancé, tailgating and going to LSU games, and spending time with her family and friends.

Amy Jones

Assistant Director of Client Care, Region 6

Amy joined Leading Home Care in 2015 as a Nursing Assistant, quickly excelling to become a Client Care Manager in 2016. Because of her passionate desire to serve each and every client, she was promoted to Client Care Team Lead before stepping up and taking the newly formed role of Assistant Director of Client Care for our Pineville office in 2021. Amy oversees the training, management, and support needed to ensure each of the Client Care Managers can provide the highest quality care for each and every recipient, as well as meeting the growth goals for the region.

Amy graduated from Bossier Parish Community College where she obtained an AS in Respiratory Therapy. She worked in a hospital before determining the needs of her family were her highest priority. Amy is married with three children and brings the same level of commitment to her family as she brings to her clients at Leading Home Care.

Amy enjoys spending precious time with her family and friends. Some of her favorite hobbies are watching movies, reading good books, and going on short adventures in her Jeep to enjoy the scenery – whether that be on back roads or the beach.
