Supporting Our Team and Community

This summer, we proudly hosted our annual Backpack & School Supply Drive, and it was a true reflection of what Leading Home Care stands for: compassion, support, and connection.

We provided free backpacks filled with school supplies to the children of our employees. We know how hard our team works to care for others, and this was one way we could take care of them in return. It was our way of saying, “We see you. We appreciate you. We’re here for your family, too.”

In addition to supporting our staff, we extended our reach to Healing House, a local nonprofit that provides grief support for children and their families. By donating additional backpacks to Healing House, we helped ensure even more kids in our community could start the school year with the tools—and confidence—they need to succeed.

This initiative wasn’t just about supplies—it was about sending a message: You are not alone. We’re in this together.
