No experience or certification is needed to become a Direct Support Worker with Leading Home Care. We provide the training you need to be successful.
Our DSWs are regular people from many different backgrounds. Whether you’ve been a cashier, waiter, or stay-at-home parent — if you have a heart to help others, this job is for you.

What’s a day in the life of a DSW look like?
You’ll work inside clients’ homes to provide daily assistance and help them maintain their independence. Some of your daily duties may include:
We connect you with shifts that work for you.
We serve clients all across the surrounding parishes of each Leading Home Care office. So, our team will ensure that you are working with clients in your local area.
We work with you to schedule shifts that do not interfere with other jobs, childcare, or school. You are able to choose from a wide variety of shifts, including overnight, daytime, weekend, full-time, and part-time shifts.
