We serve clients all across the surrounding parishes of each Leading Home Care office. So, our team will ensure that you are working with clients in your local area.

We work with you to schedule shifts that do not interfere with other jobs, childcare, or school. You are able to choose from a wide variety of shifts, including overnight, daytime, weekend, full-time, and part-time shifts.

• Starting pay is $10-12 per hour (based on client assignment)

Qualifications

• No experience needed — You bring the caring, we’ll teach the skills
  Must be at least 18 years of age and speak fluent English.
• Must be able to pass a background check, national sex offender registry check, and State/Federal Medicaid program exclusion screenings.
• Must have a driver’s license and insurance to work with clients who require transportation.
• Must have a GPS-capable and web-enabled smart phone to clock in and out using LaSRS Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) as required by the State of Louisiana.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and available to accept case assignments.
• Must be self-directing and able to work with little supervision.
• Must maintain client confidentiality.
• Specific physical requirements vary by assignment.
