Reflecting on my ten years with Leading Home Care, I realize how profoundly this journey has shaped my professional and personal life. I started as a Client Care Manager, and I’ve had the opportunity to advance through various leadership roles. Each role has allowed me to connect deeply with clients and support my team meaningfully. This experience has been not only fulfilling but also transformative.
The Most Rewarding Part of the Job
As the Director of Leadership and Branch Offices, the most rewarding part of my job is seeing the positive difference we make in our clients’ lives. It fills me with happiness to watch our clients receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes. I truly value the chance to connect with their families and feel like a real part of their extended family.
Her Proudest Accomplishment?
One of my proudest accomplishments has been leading the opening of our first branch office in Opelousas. This initiative required me to enhance my skills, learn new programs, and acquire valuable knowledge while cross-training myself and our exceptional administrative staff, all while promoting teamwork. Contributing to the development of a unified company culture that reflects our values of care and support was essential for delivering the best service to our clients. This experience taught me that real growth often comes from stepping outside our comfort zones and recognizing the importance of taking risks.
