Administrative Opportunities with Leading Home Care

Client Care Managers manage the personal care services for an assigned caseload of clients within various Medicaid waiver programs, Private Care or VA Care. You’ll supervise the Direct Support Workers who work with your clients and ensure that person-centered care plans are followed. But, the best part of the role is getting to know your clients – you’ll see them on a regular basis and communicate frequently to make sure that their needs are met. This role is great for someone who wants to work in an office environment but have plenty of opportunity to get out into the community as well. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for case management roles.

Are you a recent graduate, or in the final semester of your Bachelor’s degree program? The Client Care Management Trainee (CCMT) Program was created to provide hands-on experience to candidates who meet our qualifications and are interested in starting a career in case management but may have little to no experience in healthcare or human services. This is a development role which is a pipeline to the Client Care Manager position. The CCMT Program gives trainees the opportunity to learn about the HCBS industry, program requirements, and client needs before accepting the responsibility of a fully functioning caseload. (Experienced candidates are still welcomed and encouraged to apply.)

Staffing Coordinators are the brains – and hearts – behind our clients’ schedules. You’ll ensure that clients have the care they need by matching and scheduling Direct Support Workers based on availability, location, skills, and experience. If you enjoy working with people and strategically solving problems, this job is for you! Staffing Coordinators are skilled in communication and customer service, and must have a sense of urgency to match the right staff with the right client assignment.

You don’t have to work in direct care to find a fulfilling career at Leading – you can make a positive impact on our clients’ lives with a position in Accounting, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Nursing, or other administrative support or leadership roles.

Submit your resume to be up for consideration at the time any of these opportunities become available.
