At Leading Home Care, we believe in supporting our team members not just at work—but in life. That’s why we’re proud to once again offer the Randon Costello Scholarship Fund, a meaningful way to help the families of our Direct Support Workers (DSWs) reach their educational goals.

This special scholarship honors the life and legacy of Randon Costello, a longtime Leading Home Care employee whose warmth, compassion, and genuine love for others left a lasting impact on everyone she met. Randon had a gift for connecting with people—especially our DSWs and their families—and she never missed an opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments, big or small.

The Randon Costello Scholarship Fund was created to carry that spirit forward by investing in the future of the very people Randon championed.

Who Can Apply?

This scholarship is open to the children or dependents of currently employed, full time Direct Support Workers at Leading Home Care.

What Can It Be Used For?

The scholarship can be used to support a wide range of educational pursuits, including:

• College or university tuition

• Private school tuition

• Vocational or trade school programs

• Cosmetology school

• Tutoring services

Why It Matters

We know how hard our DSWs work each and every day to care for others. This scholarship is one small way we can give back—by helping their children pursue their dreams and unlock new opportunities.
